We have had so many fun days thanks to this book! Obviously, trail conditions can change monthly (or even daily in hurricane season), so you still need to do some current research. But this book can tell you where to research. We have done many of the hikes listed, and this book has been an invaluable resource. We've found it very reliable. Highly recommend.
